Change managment

Change management involves efficiently implementing modifications in our printing process within each of our facilities. We begin with assessing the need for change and then communicate with our teams, providing training, procuring and installing equipment, optimizing workflows, document the changes, all while ensuring quality control and adhering to timelines and regulations. By addressing these aspects, AWT minimizes disruptions and enhances efficiency for our wide range of world-wide customers.

Color management

Brand-specific and accurate colors matter, and AWT drives coordinated efforts to control and maintain consistent and accurate colors for our wide range of products. Prioritizing consistency and reproducibility, we use and calibrate color measurement devices, utilize color profiles, manage inks, consider substrates, and implement process controls, correcting colors as needed, and providing training for personnel. AWT ensures high-quality and predictable color reproduction in all our client’s customized labels and flexible packaging.

Production part approval process (PPAP)

The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is a standardized procedure, commonly used to ensure the production of components meet specified requirements. AWT’s focus is on understanding and documenting our client’s requirements: we prepare an initial submission with samples and detailed documentation, submitting materials for customer evaluation, obtaining customer approval, and, upon approval, proceeding with  production while adhering to documented procedures. AWT’s customers can have confidence in our manufacturing process, and know that components meet the necessary criteria before entering the marketplace.
