The Customer

Our customer, Mrs. McGarrigle’s Fine Food Shop operates a fine food retail store in downtown Merrickville, Ontario, Canada. Mrs. McGarrigle’s offers a selection of gourmet foods, kitchen gadgets, and housewares.

The Challenge

The challenge was to showcase Mrs. McGarrigle’s gourmet line of fine mustards. They wanted an eye-catching gold-trimmed label. Technical challenges including being able to print small print lettering on a gold stock. 

The Solution

AWT Labels & Packaging used special ink on a silver stock to make a gold-looking label, which resulted in a label that looked better than printing on a gold label. The ensuing result was another happy customer!
